YB Investment & MM Marine sign mou to Strengthen Marine Service Capabilities

On 12 August 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, YB Investment Co., Ltd. and MM-Marine Consulting & Services Company Ltd. officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), establishing a new platform for professional cooperation in the maritime sector.

The signing marks an important step in YB Investment’s strategy to develop Marine Services as one of its core business lines.

Supported by experienced master mariners, maritime pilots, engineers, and marine specialists, YB directly delivers solutions in Mooring Master services, marine safety, operational risk assessment, marine operations engineering, and project support throughout the full marine project lifecycle.

MM Marine brings extensive field experience in Mooring Master and Loading/Berthing Master services, towing and marine operations, offshore supervision, marine consultancy, and vessel suitability and safety assessment.

By combining their complementary capabilities, the two companies aim to develop safer, more integrated, and project-specific marine solutions for project owners, port and dedicated terminal operators, offshore energy companies, logistics providers, and FDI enterprises in Vietnam.
