Maxihub M724-S Premium Cutting Oil

Main Uses:

• Maxihub M724-S premium cutting oil is recommended for forming galvanized and black steel pipes.
• This oil mixes with water to form a homogeneous milky white emulsion. It creates an extremely stable emulsion with many applications in cutting, forming, rolling, grinding, cooling, and rust prevention of metals.
• This oil includes special emulsifiers, rust inhibitors, lubricants, biocides, and refined mineral oil. The emulsion has a long lifespan, inhibits bacterial growth and prevents odors, while providing excellent stable processing performance and a clean working environment.
• When creating the oil emulsion, it is recommended to slowly add the oil to the water tank (container) and not the other way around.
• Recommended concentration: (1) Galvanized steel pipe production, black steel pipe production 2%~4%, (2) Grinding 3%~5%, (3) Medium machining 4%~7%, (4) Heavy machining 8%~12%.

Note: The concentration of the solution should be checked regularly to ensure the quality of the lubricating oil is maintained.
